Dr. Kemper is the owner of West Valley Family Development Center. She has been in private practice serving the west valley of Phoenix since 2002; prior to that she worked in government service as a psychologist since graduating with her doctoral degree in 1995.

Dr. Kemper started West Valley Family Development
Center with the mission of providing psychological
services to individuals, families, and couples wanting
to live better and improve their well being. Dr. Kemper
is credentialed with most major insurance plans.

Since starting private practice, Dr. Kemper has opened
her doors to create a training environment for graduate
students learning the art of therapy. All graduate
students that are supervised by Dr. Kemper are enrolled
in accredited educational programs as doctoral or master’s degree students. Therapy services provided by 
graduate students are offered at reduced rates.

West Valley Family Development Center is located at 3400 N Dysart Rd., Suite 117, Avondale, AZ 85392. We are off of Dysart Rd and Osborn (1/2 mile between Indian School and Thomas).
